NFT information & artwork rights

Updated: · Demo / Testnet

Current test phase

The public demo uses approved sample artwork without unpublished mint assignments. Testnet fixtures and imported ownership permissions are labeled test assets. A testnet token is not a mainnet Hens, Chikn, Roostr, RiftCoq or RoostDinger and does not bridge or transfer the original NFT. Source ownership is checked on its actual chain; imported permissions may expire and require renewal.

The prepared testnet launch uses a seven-day Chikn-wallet claim window followed by a public mint at 0.069 test ETH per token, plus network gas, when enabled. No real-money mint or mainnet activation is offered by this release. Only the configured contract's eligibility and supply rules determine an enabled testnet claim.

Token ownership and artwork

A token transaction transfers the token according to its smart contract. It does not by itself transfer copyright, a trademark, shares, a claim on project revenue or a guarantee of a future service. Any artwork license must be stated separately in the collection's applicable mint terms. Third-party collection artwork remains subject to its creator's license; a game display or background removal creates no additional commercial rights.

Using a supported NFT as an operator grants no right to impersonate its creator. The demo recruit image used for unsupported NFT art is a game illustration, not the NFT's original artwork.

Career, reveal and metadata

Where enabled, eligible ranked team results update permanent token career counters and cosmetic milestones. The career stays with the NFT after transfer; former owner wallet prestige does not transfer. A repeated token is counted once per battle. Hen partnership and HEGG progression are separate features. Engraving is a display overlay; the original artwork remains available. Dynamic career attributes may be refreshed by marketplaces at different times.

Unrevealed towers use the common physical profile. A reveal can change future displayed traits and invalidate old defenses; accepted battle snapshots retain their recorded configuration. Content-addressed media and public RPC access improve independent verification but cannot guarantee the availability of every gateway, marketplace or network.

Fees, royalties and external transactions

Any external marketplace sale is governed by that seller's offer and marketplace rules, including their fees and applicable consumer rights. A royalty declared by a collection contract is not guaranteed to be enforced by every marketplace. We do not operate a resale market, guarantee liquidity or promise profit. A future project mint must identify the seller, chain, contract, total price, taxes and fees, token supply/eligibility, license, required wallet compatibility and statutory rights before an order can be placed.

These statements do not exclude statutory conformity, withdrawal or other consumer rights. Read the game terms, risk notice and withdrawal information.
