Current demo and testnet
No real-money purchase, paid mainnet service or subscription is offered by this release. Testnet transactions use test ETH. No real-ETH refund is due merely because a test asset or practice result changes. This statement does not restrict any statutory right that applies to an actual contract.
Contract timeout refunds
In an enabled compatible RoostDingers deployment, a battle without valid entropy for 24 hours can become eligible for a full refund of the contract payment from reserved project funds. Network gas is separate. Refund eligibility is read from the actual contract; a late result stays unranked and requesting a refund does not create another random draw. A technical timeout refund is independent of statutory withdrawal or defect remedies.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Where a statutory consumer withdrawal right applies to a distance contract for a service or digital content, the normal withdrawal period is 14 days from conclusion of the contract, subject to the applicable information and start-of-period requirements. You can notify the provider by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter; the template below is optional. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient.
Where a valid withdrawal requires reimbursement, the provider must reimburse payments received, including any legally reimbursable charges, without undue delay and normally no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, using the original payment means unless expressly agreed otherwise and without reimbursement fees. The applicable rules depend on the contract and service provided. For services started at your express request during the withdrawal period, legally permitted proportionate compensation may apply.
The withdrawal right for paid digital content supplied without a physical medium expires early only when the legal conditions are met, including express prior consent to early performance, acknowledgment of losing the right and the required contract confirmation. Blockchain irreversibility, a wallet signature or acceptance of generic game terms alone is not a blanket waiver. No early-performance waiver is collected for this demo.
Before a future paid offer is activated, its contract-specific notice and legally required online withdrawal function with durable receipt confirmation must be available. The email template here is a contact route for the current release, not a substitute for that future checkout function.

Send a clear statement to [email protected] or the provider's postal address. Include enough information to identify the contract. Public wallet address, chain and transaction hash can help for a blockchain order; never send a private key or recovery phrase. You do not need to connect a wallet to contact us.

Other sellers and support
For a purchase from an independent marketplace seller, address your withdrawal or refund claim to the contractual seller. Their duties are not displaced by these game terms.
